Psychoemotional states of mothers with premature birth as a factor of postnatal dyad relations: longitudinal study

Psycho-emotional states of mothers with premature births are substantiated as a system-emitting factor in the structure of postnatal diade relations. From the standpoint of medical and genetic psychology, a biosocial system "Mother-child" is considered. The relationship between indicators of physical and psycho-emotional state of mothers and state of indicators of psychomotor development of children of the first year of life is presented, a comparative analysis and model is presented.

It has been established that the conduct of preventive and current psycho-correction for the use of audiovisual stimulation allows to reduce the level of straining tension and reactive anxiety in mothers who gave birth to premature children to indicators characteristic of women who had physiological childbirth.

The peculiarities of the psycho-emotional status of women who gave birth to prematurely during the year are determined. The early start of rehabilitation measures is a prerequisite for both to intensify the adaptive process of premature children and to establish a corporate information contact between the mother and child.

The psychophysical development of a premature child during the first year of life is appropriate to differentiate for the correlation of the integral indicator of development and pathology.  The nosospecificity of manifestations of functional complexes (crawling, seat, walking, fire, perception, expressive broadcasting, social age) in children of three, six and twelve months due to anxiety-depressive reactions and disadaptation in mothers is established.

The content of psychophysical support of the newborns provides: in the first month of life, a gradual expansion of massage from the establishment of tactile contact to stroke and passive kinesiotherapy on the joints of the limbs;  on the second-third month of life - massage, exercises on the principles of voat-therapy, hydrokinesotherapy;  Fourth-ninth months of life - massage, exercises in principle of voat-therapy and bobat therapy, hydrocynesotherapy;  The tenth-twelfth months of life - massage, exercises on the principles of Bobat therapy, hydrocynesotherapy, gaming therapy.

In an early postpartum period, women who suffered premature births it is advisable to use audio-visual stimulation as a highly effective means of neuro-psychophysiological influence.

The dynamics of psychophysical development of premature children in the application of combined rehabilitation measures is stated.
