The communication of medical workers with patients of cardiology profile

Abstract

Theoretically, it was found that the specifics of the communication of a medical worker lies in the fact that communication takes place in two main forms – in one case it is a means of organizing activities, in another – satisfaction of human needs in live contact. It can be noted that the psychological effect that unfolds as a subject – object, leads to results in the form of reproductive formations. Moreover, the process of communication in medicine also acts as a process of knowledge. Doctor-cardiologist in interaction with the patient carries out various types of communication, namely: business communication, educational influence, diagnostic conversation, intimately – personal communication.

By studying the essence of such concepts as communication, "competence", "competence", "Communicative tolerance" and "communicative competence", and generalizations believe that communication is a concept that characterizes the exchange of information, installation, maintenance of contacts between people and can display the process. Communication that carries first emotional communication between communications.  In turn, the communication process goes into professional communication, if it is a process of mutual understanding in a particular field, the exchange of information between the specialists of this industry. Therefore, communicative competence acts as one of the basic characteristics of the professional competence of specialists of cardiological profile.

Cardiological disorders have a wide range, such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, various types of arrhythmic manifestations, congenital and acquired heart defects, etc. Cardiologists are increasingly important to psychosocial risk factors. After analyzing the scientific literature on the study of this phenomenon, we arrive in concluding that the condition of effective communication in the Diado "Pharmacist" of the cardiological profile is the process of their interaction.

Special analysis of literature has confirmed that communication between the patient of the cardiological profile and the doctor passes in an emotionally tense atmosphere and provides for the possession of special communicative skills and skills.

The variety of doctor’s communication models and patient cardiological profile in foreign literature reflects the orientation of research on search of ways and more accurate and effective adding the necessary information to the patient, so in foreign medicine, a minor role in the interaction of a medical worker with a patient play legal and regulatory aspects. A few sources of domestic literature emphasize the dyadic nature of the communication of the doctor and the patient of the chamber profile, thereby reflecting the direction of research on finding ways of adequate and effective psychological methods of communication. The comprehensive approach of empirical study of the peculiarities of communication cardiologist with patients of cardiological profile, the results of which were integrated into the formation part of the study, is proposed.  At the stamping stage of the experiment, 73 medical workers of the cardiological profile of various medical institutions took part in the study. Of these, a control group consisted of 26 people and experimental (respectively, 47 people) was formed.

The use of genetical-modeling, psychodynamic, competent, and systematic approaches to the development of a model for the development of communicative competence in the Daido "cardiologist – patient" of the cardiological profile allowed to introduce it as a coherent system formed by a set of functionally linked and logical components. Since the complete diagnostic of the studied, this allowed to distinguish the weakest places in the knowledge, skills, skills, personal attitudes, abilities necessary for the implementation of professional functions and introduce a comprehensive program to increase the effectiveness of communication cardiologist with patients in cardiological profile. The developed program was experimentally tested and confirmed its effectiveness.
